교환 정책 |

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.
Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

- Contact us 를 클릭하여 "온라인 주문 > 반송 & 교환" 을 선택하시기 바랍니다.
- 귀하의 주문 번호와 반품하실 제품 그리고 반품 이유를 input box부분에 기재해주시기 바랍니다.
- 반품 하실 제품을 포장해주시고 좀 더 신속한 처리를 위해 관련 이메일을 박스안에 넣어주시기 바랍니다.
- 반품 제품을 우편으로 보내주실때는 다음의 주소를 참고하시기 바랍니다: Sa Sa dot Com, 14/F Block B, MP Industrial Centre, 18 Ka Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong.
- 모든 반송 배송비는 미리 지불 되어야 합니다. 저희는 수신자 부담의 반품 배송은 받지 않습니다.

환불 정책 |

Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (however, cash refunds are not available at present, so COD and Direct Deposit order will be refunded by cheque). After refund requested made to our bank, it takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same of time.

저희는반송해주시는 물건을 받고 일주일내에 처리하는대로 이메일을 통해 안내해드리도록 하겠습니다. (그러나, 현금 환불은 현재 가능하지 않으며 COD나 Direct Deposit으로 지불하신 주문의 경우에 수표로 환불해 드리도록 하겠습니다.) 일반적으로 카드 회사를 통해 환불이 처리되기까지는 3-4주정도가 정산일에 따라 약간의 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 수표나 전신환으로 이루어지는 환불 역시 비슷한 시간이 소요됩니다.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of HK$25 will be deducted from your refund.)
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged US$6/ US$15/ US$18 or US$25* for resend shipping fee per parcel.
* Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
